Refund Policy
All ticket sales for the BC Boat Show are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, weather conditions, or failure to attend the event.
In the unlikely event that BC Boat Show is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to our discretion. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, and no refunds will be issued.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Collection and Use of Information
When purchasing tickets or signing up for our newsletter, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is used solely for processing transactions, delivering transaction records, and providing event-related updates.

- Transaction Records: We retain transaction records for up to two (2) years for accounting and compliance purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: If you sign up for our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly.
